About Us

Established in 2018 Leyson Building Consultancy was founded by Toby Connis our Principal Building Surveyor. Toby's experience covers working within multi-disciplinary practices, in roles from Junior Surveyor to Associate Partner, working both independently and managing teams of Surveyors.

In 2022 Leyson Building Consultancy became a limited company. We have built a strong portfolio of new and existing clients with an excellent reputation for offering a dedicated and personal service.

Our clients who are as varied as the services that we provide, from Residential Home Owners, Managing Agents, Charitable Organisations, The Education and Health Sectors to Local Authorities and Contractors, are confident that we are the right choice to ensure their projects are successfully completed.
